Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?
it stays stuck. it looks like it loads but won't finish.
Hmm, when I click the light blue button on this page, it launches a separate tab, and I can't install the extension on a separate tab.

Not sure why that happens. Maybe they changed the page?
