how the hell do I get firefox back, I do'nt have other devices it tells me I need

Are you talking about sync? Sync is an option to share data between other systems and profiles. If you don't want to use it, shut it down.
Type about:accounts<enter> in the address bar. [57+] https://accounts.firefox.com/settings
