Firefox crashed. Can't get rid of small window on tool bar. Won't let me uninstall because says firefox is still open
My husband was in facebook last night and the whole window disappeared and now the firefox globe is on my tool bar and when you put the mouse over it, a small window comes up, but cannot get rid of. Can't uninstall it either.

Start your Computer in safe mode. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Now remove Firefox.
