Where are you signing in and where or what are you locked out from  ?
You are obviously frustrated, but, hey:   don't take it out on us    -     we're volunteers,  users just like you,   trying to help other users in our spare time. But you apparantly didn't know that.
So, if you'll tell us exactly what your problem is,   somebody here is bound to come to your rescue.
