I have checked the driver and settings on my computer to make sure that they are correctly compatible with my printer. When printing something from online when using FireFox, I will select black and white printing however, FireFox ignores the setting and prints in color. I know that the issue is with FireFox as this isn't a problem when using Safari. I have gone through the step by step instructions given online to correct this issue yet, nothing has changed and everything is printing in color. Can someone please advise me as to how to correct this issue.
