There are other things that need attention.

The System Details List shows that you have multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
  2. Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

  • (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  • (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\

You can check the connection settings.

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

See "Firefox connection settings":

If the connection settings are correct then try to contact your ISP.

Did you use the link for Update your IP location? That may or may not fix it.

If you are using WiFi there might be no solution. The owner of that WiFi device might be connecting thru an IP address in Kansas.

If you are using a dial-up or a broadband connection your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may have you provisioned with an IP address that "says" you are located in Kansas. If that is the case call your ISP and ask them to fix their 'records'.

Overall, the IP address being used for the connection to the internet "tells" websites where the device is located, as extrapolated from various databases that keep track of where each IP address is assigned by the ISP that 'owns' the IP address. If the true location is wrong, the ISP is sending incorrect information to the databases that sell that information to others.
