"Unexpected error" when signing in.
On a fresh install on firefox I am getting a "Unexpected error". I tried refreshing and deleting the config folder even though it was a fresh install. I am running linux mint.

There is a problem with Firefox Account login at the moment. If you do not need to imminently use the Sync service, you might want to try again tomorrow, and just proceed with browsing for the time being.
To get back to the account creation screen, you can use either:
- menu button > Preferences > Sync
- paste the following in the address bar and press Enter:
about:accounts
(Here's the status page for Mozilla services, indicating they are looking into login problems (as of a few hours ago): https://status.services.mozilla.com/)

I am having a problem syncing to my firefox account.
I have a laptop running windows 7 at work and I can create/log into a firefox sync account. However when I brought my laptop home and ran it off my home wifi I could not sync to my fire fox account and got the unexpected error.
I have 2 laptops at home which used to sync no problem and now I cannot even create a new sync account. I will bring a laptop into work to see if I can sync using my work network. I suspect something was changed on my home network , perhaps a windows update. If that was the case my work laptop would not sync at work. I made no changes to my network or router settings so I don't know what could possible prevent it from syncing.
Any help would be great.
