can't change my voicemail message. says it cannot access the info.

This does not sound like an issue to do with the Firefox for android web browser, but I will see what I can do to help.
Any voicemail service on your device will be managed by your telephony service provide - the people you pay to be able to make and send calls and text messages on your phone. I recommend you get in contact with them either by telephone, on their website or 9if they have them) one of their retail outlets.
They should be able to to help you with this,
