Use of a master password
Closing the master password prompt causes Firefox 43.0.4 to start without filling any password (blank password). It renders the use of a password superfluous (no protection at all). How can I resolve this issue?

hi Che62, the master password doesn't prevent the use of firefox, but the ability for other users/programs to take a look at your passwords in cleartext or to have them autofill on a website - both of those things won't work unless the correct master password to decrypt the pwd store is entered.
