Hi Greggers100, I understand that bookmarks are missing in your Firefox for Android. Do you have an actively syncing device on a Firefox sync account. If so, make a copy of the Mobile Bookmarks folder on your Desktop before re-attaching the sync account to the mobile device.
However you may be able to check if the files are still on your device with a file manager: /data/data/org.mozilla.firefox
