history/library prob
Hello ive been having this prob for a while now and i dont know why but lets say i show all history and i get into the library area and i see my history from like to day /yesterday/7days ago now if i try a url from lets say yesterday and then go back to the library it will change the day to today when it never used to do this it always stayed on yesterday. Same thing would happen lets say if i go to past 7 days click a url and then goback to library it would change my view to today and not stay on the 7day folder i think i may have screw up a setting somewhere in the config or something is someone can help me on this

Worded this horrible but what i mean is open library goto yesterday folder open a url from it then go back to library and instead if the folder staying on yesterday it changes to today is there a config option to change this. This also happen way back in FF 3.6.8

Do you keep the Library open?
This can happen because visiting a website will hide that older visit and a new visit for today will be created. Using a Private Browsing mode window would avoid to create a new history item if you visit a web page.
Maybe open the History Sidebar (View > Sidebar > History or "View History Sidebar"; Ctrl+H) instead of using the History Manager (Library).
i know a new one pops up on today its just its change the folder veiw how can i explain this better lets say i have yesterday open and click a url to goto i know its gonna go to the today folder its just once i click it and it loads the folder change to today instead of staying on yesterday this hasnt happen befor is why im here it used to away stay on lets say yesterday folder and the url i click would just dissapear and goto today but i will still be in yesterday folder now it just changes the folder to today and i have to manual keep going back to yesterday folder everytime i click something This kinda of thing happen along time ago in 3.6.8 which is like 6 years old

The History Manager only displays the latest entry for any link,
That never happen befor is there a setting in about:config that can help change it back
