How do I open .jpg files from Outlook Express?
Display says that I do not have a program associated with this file to perform this operation. Opens .pdf files just fine.

.jpg and .pdf files are not the same type of file.
Windows should have a picture viewer somewhere. Win 7 = Windows Photo Viewer
