Firefox OS is a operating system as said and has been used on say some phones, stream sticks, and more recently used by Panasonic on some of their tv's.

Now if you were looking for 64-bit Firefox for 64-bit Windows the earliest Firefox Release that may have Win64 will be Firefox 42.0.

Firefox from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all is a web browser for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.

The Firefox OS is a operating system that Mozilla has been developing and that some manufacturers have put on some phones, Panasonic on some of their tv's and there was at least one stream stick done by a kickstart.

The Firefox OS is not yet at a stage that it can be installed on something as easily as you can say with a version of Windows or a Linux distro on a PC or laptop.
