What does "Product Configuration Missing"?
I've downloaded firefox. I did the "RUN" of the set-up file. It won't set up. I get "Product Configuration Missing." I'm running Windows 7.1.

- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test in case security software is interfering.
