How much physical memory does your computer have?
Total virtual memory looks rather low with only about 2 GB (2147352576).
Try to increase the size of the page file to the recommended value or at least 4 GB.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
Also make sure that you have the latest drivers for your ATI graphics display card.
