Firefox crashes

1. when I want to start firefox, it show stpped working 2, when I start in safemode, and add a new tab, it crash Problem signature:

after I start my Computer in safe mode. Firefox is ok. But, I can not find which security software block it.
then: 1. I install a old version firefox 18.0.1 , down from: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/18.0.1/
2. start again, it crash again, and I checked windows application logs, found the follow error, then I delete TaobaoProtectSE.dll, and fixfox is ok, then I update to 31.0, it also ok.

Start your Computer in safe mode. Then try Firefox
Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
