Korean keyboard shortcut like IE

My wife is Korean, and has used IE for a very long time. Here in America, IE has a feature that allows Koreans to hit the 'alt' key, to change their keyboard from English to Hangul, the Korean keyboard, which will allow them to use the English keyboard as a Hangul keyboard. Do you have something like this? I cannot seem to find it. The IE versions name is Hangul IME. Please help, as I don't want her to use IE any more. I HATE it!! LOL Thanks.
