When I click on a link to go to another page on a web site, all I get is a blank page.

There is no URL address bar - just a blank page icon and "Search bookmarks and History" If I click on the blank page icon I get a message "The website site does not supply identity information. Your connection t this website is not encrypted" If I go to IE, these links do work....
