I have two websites that I can't get into, I tried MSN, Internet Explorer, yahoo. but nothing seems to help. I used to be able to get into these sites. please help

I get either an error code 403 or 23009. My supervisor can get into the website http://singlecopy/mediageneral.com/singlecopy You have to log in but either the web page will not open because or error 403 or you log in and you get error 23009 My supervisor can log in using my user name and password.
