For some reason, when I try to autofill with stored credit card information, Firefox (99.0.1) fills the form with credit card number and expiration date when I mouse over a credit card choice, and then when I actually make the choice, the entry gets erased.

I have checked, per an earlier (now archived) question, and there is no "autocomplete off" (or any mention of "autocomplete") in the web page in question.

Firefox was selected FOR ME by a third-party site that uses it for webinars (I think WebinarJam was the culprit; now they're using Zoom), as my default browser - I did not select it, now I can't unselect it. I've been using Chrome for everything, now Firfox is hijacking every link I embed in any Word doc - this should NOT have happened. Please tell me how to UNselect Firefox as my default brower, which I never selected to begin with!!! Thank you, Scott (Skip)

From what I understand firefox now supports subtitles in picture in picture mode but when I use it for youtube it doesn't work. I have enabled the captions in the advanced settings and I have tried it with all my addons disabled.

You actually have an egregious error in your install procedure/program. 1) you fail to tell folks/warn them close down i) FF when installing the update and/or ii) save and delete all open sites in the FF being upgraded. 2) there is a failure to TELL us reboot FF after the install.

Doing research and writing all day long as I do, I actually hold a number of reference sites open in FF as I work.

My friend who happens to understand all this computer stuff tells me that the open sites on my FF is what impeded the successful install . . . .

The other grumble I have with you-all is that it has taken me too much time to try and find a way to respond to you with the information needed to solve this problem for the FF community . . . .

I am a paying/donator to FF . . . and I must tell you I am beyond disappointed by all this dropped ball on sensible communications practice!

Firefox 100.0 Ubuntu 22.04 Mozilla VPN 2.8.0

As the title says, Multi-Account containers doesn't detect the VPN, which means that it's not setting the VPN for specific containers.

I suspect this is actually a problem with the "Allow extension to exchange messages with programs other than Firefox" permission. Could be a VPN issue, but gut feeling that it's a Firefox issue, TBH

This happen only on Firefox. This has never happened on Chrome or Safari. I can be reading something and suddenly the page gets huge. The only way to fix it is to "X" out and go back to the page. I have called Apple support and we did a screen sharing with one tab huge and one tab normal so they could "see" this. It only happens in Firefox.

I uploaded an image of this but after 10 min it is still going around and around.

After update I am no longer able to open a new tab with the "add new tab"button, nor with the Ctrl + T command. A new tab will open if right clicking on a Link on page or search result and selecting/scrolling to "open in new tab". Win 7 (64bit) , FireFox Browser build 100.0(64 bit)

Using Outlook web, when viewing pdf documents, it displays strange symbols (incorrect font sets are probably used).

I point out that using Chrome the problem does not arise.

I also installed the microsoft fonts thinking it might solve the problem I attach illustrative image.

It has almost become impossible to continue using this browser. Sadly, I had it as my primary browser for a long time and now I have to switch out everything and move to Chrome or something else.

Thank you for being so cautious and ramping your security features, but not to the extent that it just becomes unusable.

'I am on Firefox and then log into PGA.org, who recommended I use firefox for all my educational activities, a giant clock shows up when the educational portal should pop up. I have asked the PGA about it and they have no idea how to fix this.

At history of download files, there is file which was "not safe" i can't allow it or remove from history it comes back each time i open firefox again..and file was removed.. Help, it's very annoying

I don't want the tabs + search bar to show when the mouse reaches the top of the screen while in full-screen mode, I have tried "userChrome.css" solution provided in this link "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1092572", but it didn't work for me, I would appreciate any help, thank you.
