Mozilla has been releasing new versions of Firefox on Tuesdays for over a year now. Probably tomorrow - Tues January 8th.

The best documentation available is at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases , which says it will be released this week. Note that it does not say that Firefox will be released the *day* of 6th January.
