I use Firefox every day without any issues. Today I opened a video in an online library through Cengage Learning and it kept freezing. I clicked out of the video several times and Firefox continued to freeze up. I would then force quit and only once did Firefox reopen a recovery session. If I went back to the video, it kept freezing and I would force quit again. Now, Firefox is not responding at all. It is continuously "hung up" with the spiraling ball (I'm on a Mac). I reinstalled Firefox and it actually installed a version, stating the date as December 20, 2011 - backdating it from a version I installed earlier this month. I've tried reinstalling three times and the same thing keeps happening and I have to force quit each time. Firefox is not functional at all on my computer anymore. This is my primary browser, with all my bookmarks. Please help!!!
