I downloaded Lion for my Mac and now Firefox freezes whenever I try to open the NYTimes crossword site.

I've been using Across Lite for years to do the NYTimes crossword puzzles. I just downloaded Lion to upgrade my Mac OS. I've downloaded the new version of Across Lite to fit with Lion, no problem. But when I go to the NYTimes crossword page, Firefox freezes. Sometimes it won't even open the page, sometimes it opens the page but then freezes. I haven't had this problem with any other site.
