Firefox doesn't sync bookmarks after OS change

Hi!

I had two Windows 7 with two sync account. After installed Windows 10 one of my sync account dosn't sync anything. I attached sync-log (Pasted in More system details). I use the same FF version (58.0.2 64 bit) for both Windows and this version I had before the OS change. I don't changed my password either. I did this beforehand but back then I just reinstall Win 7 and both account worked. I tried restore formatted HD data but places.json and jsnonlz4 files are corrupted. I installed the newest and a few older version of FF on different computers but nothing.
