Not Starting Up
I have issues from time to time with start up but it always finally starts. Today it would not and it just so happened an update was needed for Glary Utilities and it forced a window open.
I did a refresh and it did not help.

It finally began starting yesterday as I was running an Avast full virus scan but nothing that came up in the scan, I think it was coincidence. I waited until today to make sure windows would open and everything is OK.
But why does this happen from time to time? And what happened yesterday that the FF not start up?

Just an FYI-Won't start from taskbar with a right click or left click, regular window right or left click icon or from START.
I ran Avast on the .exe and no virus found.
I tried a new download in case I did not have the latest version. I did not do an uninstall and new download yet as I am not really looking forward to doing all of that.
