Can't access downlaods
I can't open the downloads on my droid turbo. Files show that they have downloaded but they won't open for viewing.

There should be a prompt when you tap on a download to open the file in another application. The download is managed by the operating system, you may need to install an app that supports the mimetype/file type that you downloaded.
