Purchased new game from BigGishGames on Sunday last and it refuses to download, even tho I have followed all suggestions. Help?

After following all their suggestions, I am still waiting for their follow-up. I get error code # 1400.(You are not connected to the internet.) BUT, I am connected to the internet. 

 I tried the game out, then purchased it. Their Game manager has been downloaded  multiple times and then uninstalled per their instructions. Ect.

 After one of their helpful hints, I noticed that Firefox refuses to send me to many web-sites I request until I hit the allow button.
