You can view the OS version by tapping on the More Information > button in the Device information screen that you shared.

Please keep in mind that the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are responsible for releasing updates to each specific device. In the case of your specific device, Spice is the manufacturer.

They are the ones who modify, test, and certify the updates. Once they release an update for your specific model, you should see a notification on your the notification window, in the top bar Home Screen.

why they are not  releasing updates ?

The Spice Fire One MI FX1 is a device that has just been released, and it should already have the latest software version certified by Spice, pre-installed in the device.

As I mentioned previously, the manufacturers are responsible for the development, testing, certification, and release of new updates. You will be able to receive the most accurate information regarding updates by contacting Spice's User Support channels directly.
