I cannot use my headphones which onFirefox, but they work to listen to music on teh computer. How can i set up the headphone for use to watch videos such as Hulu?

I have windows 7. I have set my headphones as default for windows media player and the head phones work fine. But when i watch videos on Firefox i can only get sound through the computer speakers.
