fixfox will not load certain sites but will load others with out any issues

I can load all sites except for one site.I use to be able to load this site but now i no longer can.When i try to load it i get a message saying

Unable to connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.singlesnet.com 

*   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
         moments.

   *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
         connection.

   *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
