Hi,

I get this error message when I click on certain sites especially sites that have video such as Channel Ten and SBS, Netflix etc.

www.netflix.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is only valid for . Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_SELF_SIGNED_CERT

When I click on add exception it says something about Getflix which is not an application I have installed (I used to have Private VPN but that is now uninstalled) These error messages used to come up when I had my VPN turned off but now it's uninstalled I don't know why I'm still getting them.

When I click on add exception the websites say I need to log in with a username and password. I tried my computer login but that doesn't work - so I don't know what to do.

Can anyone step by step help me fix it? I'm not very technical and I've been having this problem for a year now!
