Why doesn't webrtc report the local IP address?

WebRTC, which Mozilla purports to support, allows the reporting of local IP addresses.

For example, if you go here: http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/router-ip-address.php

It tries to show both your public WAN IP address, and your private LAN IP address. It uses WebRTC to do this.

It used to work in Mozilla Firefox, but no longer does. (It does work in Chrome.)

I'd love to report this as a bug, but I don't know how to report bugs.
