Help recovering logins and passwords

Hi there,

After a Firefox refresh I am STILL trying to recover my logins and passwords - I have read through all the help questions and articles I can find on this - and it says I need two files: key.4.db and logins.json. I have attached the screenshots of everything in my 'Old Firefox Data' I can see the key file but not the logins.json file. What am I missing? Help Thanks!

Also as I am only looking to retrieve ideally my logins and passwords and bookmarks, which of these files can I delete?
