White Border on Second Monitor

After installing Windows 10 v2004 and latest Nvidia drivers 451.48, opening Firefox fullscreen I have a white bar on my second monitor, it looks like a border of some sort. This only show when in full screen not windowed.

The attached image shows the white bar, that bar is on the second monitor.
