After last update, Missing "TRASH" folder and only have Junk Folder that everything is put in and marked as "Junk". Then those messages are all marked as "junk" automatically that may not be Junk. Tried to create subfolder named "Trash" and will not allow. Windows 10, 64 bit Dell laptop I-5 Inspiron 5759.

It worked well yesterday and then it updated to 127.0.1 and now i can not open it. I get XUL Runner not compatible. It is on a windows 10 computer.

All my information bookmarks and passwords, but I have no way to get to them, uninstalled and reinstalled, but the new one doesn't look like the old version, and none of my information is there. I have tried copying the profile folder from and pasting it in the folder. but still nothing. I have it set as default, but the new one wants to be default, so when I go to make it my default I have 2 Firefox to choose from along with chrome, and edge.

My other problem is I have been using Firefox for probably 20 plus years, so there is a lot of saved stuff, but not sure what my previous user name and log in was. I have downloaded and older version and of course i updated also. I have a Firefox that works now, but not the one with all of my information.

Sorry if this makes no sense, no really sure how to explain it differently.

Can some one please help me figure out how to get all my bookmarks and passwords back?

hello tried a few things from help docs on line. nothing working. just keeps happening. tabs will say gah. your tab just crashed. works for a bit but once happens.... have to close whole firefox and open again. just started happening yesterday. I have used firefox for many many years never a problem. Something was not updated right. Please tell me how to fix this once and for all. if not I have to leave using firefox this is driving me crazy. terrible. I have a number of servers which need firefox updating They do not have internet.

There is one machine that does have internet

How do i get them to point to that server for updates?

FF should have an easy deployment console for rolling out their product.

I saw something about an MAR server however its not clear.

We just have WSUS so cant use that to update like Edge.

I've recently uploaded a custom-made extension to the Chrome Web Store for my personal use and for a few specific users. It's currently awaiting review.

However, I'm encountering an issue where I cannot download and use the extension myself. When attempting to download, I receive the message "Download failed. Please check your connection."

Although I can see the extension listed on the store (since it's mine), I'm unable to use it personally.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

Hi there! I've been having problems with youtube not working in firefox lately. It's ONLY in firefox that it does this issue in, I've tried it in other browsers. Youtube tends to just....stop buffering in firefox for some reason? My internet connection is not the issue so I'm not sure what I could do to mess with it, I've done a fresh install of firefox, I've cleared cache and cookies. I'm genuinely at a loss.

It takes FOREVER for it to actually s tart up in the video too. The video plays fine until it just...stops buffering and takes 5-10 minutes to load. As mentioned before this is only an issue in firefox.

I just asked a question about email not downloading to thunderbird and got an answer which I think meant that this was not the place to ask. I cannot find an open question place in Thunderbird. Where can I get support?

I went to the trouble shooting site after asking my question about Thunderbird. It was suggested that running two firefox clean ups was a good idea. Now my ribbon thread is not present. I have to jump through hoops to find bookmarks, etc. This makes all navigation difficult. Is there a way to get the old data on the page in the old form? The data folder is on my desk top. I feel stupid because the trouble shooting site said all would be saved. How and where?

Hi, I have applied the latest updates on my Zimbra server (Ubuntu 20.04) last week and since then the emails contents are not displayed anymore in the classic web client, they are displayed only in the modern web client, I will attach same email in both clients to compare. I found my old password Firefox recovery key after I already changed my password and got a new recovery key. Can I use my old recovery key to get back all the things (eg bookmarks) that may have gone missing with the switch to a new password?
