My display is too big now and I lose parts of webpages in the "edges"? Search bar when I first sign on shows 120%. How do I get back to 100%? Please no technical jargon. If I can't fix this,will have to quit using Firefox.

FIRST PROBLEM (I have been unable to submit a help request from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form)

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

SECOND PROBLEM

Submit button on page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form never succeeds.

My service provider is QX.net which uses Magic Mail web email. I have Firefox 115.ll, 64 bit. I have Thunderbird 115.11.1, 32 bit.

The Magic Mail on my Server shows 253 unread messages. I have identified some of those 253 messages in my Thunderbird folder and they have been read, and are shown as read in Thunderbird. There seem to be 3 different dates involved. This is a concern as it is unacceptable not to receive all of my messages.

Please advise what I can do to address this so that I receive all my messages and so that when I have read them they are shown as "read" in Thunderbird and in Magic Mail.

I'm a keyboard only / screen reader user. I have been using thunderbird for a week and love it. I use the portable version. Anyway, is there a way to rearrange my email accounts without dragging? when I add an account I want it to not appear at the bottom of the list. could there be a way to rearrange said accounts either with a keyboard, or via a setting to move up and down the account via buttons and have it take effect in the tree view? I've been looking for such a solution for a while now. If not, might there be an add on I can use which can aid in doing this? thanks.

As you can see in the attached image the highlight is coming out grey instead of blue, which is what is showing when I select 'save screenshot'. It used to be this error happened maybe one in 20 times and it was annoying because I am making these screenshots for use in youtube videos and it becomes unreadable, but now it is every single screenshot even after doing it dozens of times and with different pages.

I cannot select multiple messages in any folder and move them to any other folder/ Filters will not work either.

As an example, I select 3 messages if my inbox and try to drag them to trash

I get an error popup that says "The messages could not be moved or copied to folder 'Trash on Local Folders' because writing to folder failed. To gain disk space, from the File menu, first choose Empty Trash, and then choose Compact Folders, and then try again."

Trash folder had been compacted and emptied.

I need to export passwords from Android Firefox. I know this functionality exists in the desktop version, but I do not have access to a desktop. I cannot find the same function in the Android version.

Whenever I m visiting to my website I m facing an issue like getting a horizontal black line near the scroll bar, it is coming up when I make my browser window responsive to the resolution of 1920 X 1080 and when the zoom level is decreased to 90%, 80% & 67%.

This issue I m not facing in other browsers like chrome, edge.

I Cannot make Firefox my default Browser,(Windows 10) If I go into Apps & it Shows (IN BLACK) that Firefox is my default Browser & then go into Firefox,it shows that Firefox is NOT MY DEFAULT Browser I Have Totally Deleted Firefox & Clean the Registry of Firefox before install a new Version I Also have a Laptop (windows 10) & it works perfectly So On my Desktop,I Went into Users/Local & Delete Firefox & also went into Local Low & also Raming & deleted all firefox & then I went into my Laptop & Copied all Firefox Data from each of Local,Local Low & Roaming & Pasted thenm into each of the Local,Local low & Roaming BUT IT STILL WILL NOT Allow me to Have Firefault as Default I have Microsoft Personal come into my Computer & he COULD NOT make it my Default either I need somebody which is very KNOWABLE to REply PLEASE ASSIST Thank You Darryl

When I see a highlight reference to browser settings: Java Script enabled; otherwise Firefox wont operate properly. How to know Java Script is not enabled (vice-versa). I'm not sure that I have seen a switch Or toggle to know JS is On/Off

Few days ago I started to have issues with Zoom Meeting recordings playback. When I open the video it clocks but doesn't start playing. I never had this issue before. Zoom support cannot replicate this issue. They say everything works for them.

I cleared cache and history, restarted my computer but that didn't do anything for me - video still clocks. Playback works fine on Chrome. Somehow playback on Firefox stopped working for me. I am using the latest version.

Company uses office 365, I have my Thunderbird. Since a couple of weeks sync issues appear (i.e.: TB has no right to delete folders in office 365). Finding a solution took several hours in various forums - nothing helps. - the only suggestion I didn'T try so far is asking the office365 helpdesk.

Problem description: When I delete folders they reappear at the old position. empting the trash yields also reappearance in trash. Same for moving folders - a copy is made, but at the old position and empty folder remains. They are gray - so hidden folders. Overwriting obviously does not work, as the folder already exist, but is not accessible. subscribing/unsubscribing does not work. In office365 the folders do not occur. If I create a folder in office 365 (web, outlook) it appears in TB. When I delete it in office 365 (web, outlook) it disappears in office 365 (web, outlook) but reamains - in gray - in TB. By now, the number of gray empty undeleteable folders has grown significantly. Only solution I got sofar is to switch from TB to outlook. :/

I'm a freelance writer, and often when querying an agent or publisher, they ask me to send the first "x" pages of in the body of the email (NOT as an attachment), and they want it double-spaced. It's double-spaced in Word, but when I paste it into T'bird, it's single-spaced. I've tried everything I can think of, to no avail. Is there a solution or work-around?
