Hi, I am using Linux Zorin and have updated to a later OS but cannot reinstall my stored files because, "/home/garry/.mozilla/firefox/0czvkt76.default-release/lock". Which has confused me, I have used a Deja Dup backup which uses Duplicity files as per the Zorin programme. Duplicate files are stored in a WD ext hard drive. What can I do to recover my files pls? Appreciate! Cheers, Garry

Hi, Is there any way I can view contents of a previously closed webpage? I got an estimate for a health procedure, but did not take a screenshot. Now when I go back via link (provided to me in email) to view the estimate, it's no longer there. Thank you!

I hope someone can help! My Firefox account was hacked as was the email connected to it. I currently have no access to the primary email. I thought I added a secondary email, but I never got a password reset email so maybe I didn't. In any event, how can I contact Firefox to lock the account? I have a lot of sensitive information saved and I need that to be locked or better yet, erased.

ONCE AGAIN, I am having Hotmail issues through Firefox, and ONLY through Firefox!!! I had to go to PALE MOON AGAIN to use Hotmail. This is getting REALLY irritating. I can go to ANY OTHER website through Firefox with no issue, but Hotmaill? Oh no, of course not. Your damn browser refuses to cooperate and Hotmail just sits there for the past TWENTY-FOUR HOURS with a waiting symbol and stalls out, refusing to do ANYTHING to refresh the page, and when I try and open an email, Hotmail says, "We're sorry, we can't display that message right now." But when I use Pale Moon, NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER!!!! FIx your damn browser to work with Hotmail CORRECTLY this is YOUR problem!!! Since it works FINE through Pale Moon the problem is OBVIOUSLY with YOU!!! I am so sick and tired of YOUR BROWSER stalling out and causing issues ALL THE TIME! DO SOMETHING!!!

When refreshing and clearing cache using CTRL+Shift+R, browser should reload all assets. However when refreshing site with @import(ed) style sheet, it does not update.

The workaround is to open the style sheet in a new tab (e.g. https://my.web.com/assets/custom.css) and run refresh + clear cache there CTRL+Shift+R, which loads the updated style sheet.

Then, upon refreshing the original site (https://my.web.com), the CSS has been updated.

Is this a bug or expected behaviour?

I have 2 yahoo email accounts. 1 on Chrome & "block Spam" works but on FF it does not. The same fake emails keep coming back and I can't add a screenshot to this.

Why do I get blocked from certain websites? for example, when I try to log on to my account as USPS I get the following message: You do not have permission to access this page If you have found this page in error, please contact support Reference:2935806335620971961367312269849628258120034968299102359

This has happened to some other sights as well.

I had found this solution to enabling all extension in private mode months ago, and it involves entering code into the console. While it had worked back then, I'm having trouble getting it to work now. When I press CMD Shift J (I'm on Mac), it showed the 1st image (no >> prompt), while when I press it on another profile, it shows the prompt (like in the 2nd image).

Within the past few days, I've noticed Firefox act buggy and then got the message “The bookmarks and history system will not be functional … ” so I deleted my profile like it said so here. I had backed up all my extension settings beforehand, but it would be more convenient to backup and import them all at once with one or a few clicks.
