Hi I am a longtime user of your browser. I have version 124.0.2(64 bit) installed on three devices. First thing I do on opening it is to click on "about", which normally updates the browser, before I do any browsing. In the last three weeks, however, it has not updated on any of the three devices, rather, it says "Failed to check for updates". I have tried the workarounds suggested at your Help center, and nothing has worked. What gives, may I ask? Thank you

something apparently got corrupted in firefox.. i tried running update and i keep getting failed to update.. i have refreshed.. i have uninstalled and reinstalled ...nothing. i am sure there is a folder or file somewhere that is corrupted and i cannnot find it. because even when i uninstall and reinstall fresh. all my bookmarks are there .. how to i start a TRUE NEW install??

Instagram page won't load. Doesn't load in Edge either. The proxy setting is off. It was loading yesterday, then today it won't. No malware detected by Mcafee or Spyhunter. My account is working fine from my phone.

Web cam image on web page stopped working after last update. Using win 11. Tried refresh, worked last time but not this time, checked permission security settings. Can get the camera image on a tablet but not laptop. (lenovo) Anything I might have missed?

I can login from other web browsers, but not Firefox. What's going on?

After the browser update earlier today I cannot log into 'You Tube TV'. The browser keeps asking for my email and password over and over and never signs me in. It keeps telling that I am signed out and need to sign in, over and over. I cleared my cache and cookies. I changed my sign in from my yahoo email to my gmail account and it still will not work. If I use the chrome browser it works fine. Please Help.

I was unable to sign in Qobuz from yesterday. I have been using Firefox ver 115 to play streaming music from Qobuz on my Windows 8.1 PC as its sound quality is better than other browsers. Yesterday, I found nothing happened after clicked the SIGN IN button on Qobuz's login page, however I had no problem using Google Chorme to login.

So I uninstalled/re-installed Firefox, and tried different older/newer versions, still didn't work.

I tried another PC running Windows 10, with Firefox ver 124.0.2, got the problem.

Please fix the problem ASAP, Firefox team. Thanks.

Its purer sound is the main reason I use firefox, instead of other browsers.

I cannot open the login page on my hosts website. My host is https://ventraip.com.au/ based in Melbourne Australia. That means I cannot access the Cpanel so I cannot upload data on my web site. Other people can open that login page on their computers buy I can't on mine. Where is the problem?

This is the message I get

My Firefox Browser was just upgraded. It seems address bar searches all go through Yahoo.com. Is this by design? Not sure I like the search results...

I am using Firefox v125.0.2. When I open a PDF in Firefox it takes a lot of time to load. But, when the same PDF opened in the Edge browser it loads normally and scrolling through PDF pages renders fast. I have shared the screenshot of a single-page pdf loading taking quite a long time.

No longer able to copy or paste text on Firefox with Windows 10. Copy and Paste are greyed out in the right click menu after selecting text. Using CTRL-C, V or P does nothing at all. Still works fine in other browsers. What has Firefox broken again this time?

When I try to use needed tools on websites, Mozilla is blocking the page from opening. USPS will not allow me to track a package. When I enter the tracking number, the page just sits on white and the search just spins

Firefox goes to eBay Portugal instead of eBay USA. In order to complete a specific task, I had to use Edge browser to get there. Why does it do that? How do I fix it?
