Hello, Every time I try to open a new tab, either for searching or for opening up any of my accounts such as facebook, a security alert pops up and the URL is resultvIt.com. Please help.

When I try to check my chevron credit card balance, statements, etc. I just get this message. How do I unblock the chevron website?

My Macbook Air is running iOS 10.12.6, so how am I meant to update Firefox, as the TSB bank says I must to use their online software? Firefox is apparently no longer supported below iOS 10.14. I can't upgrade my iOS. What do I do? I'm 75 years old and dont need all this!

I've just updated my MacBook Pro from El Capitan to Sierra. Firefox has updated from 78 to 91, but not to 102 which I understand is appropriate for Sierra. I'm still on the ESR regime but maybe this is no longer appropriate? Please can you advise how I should proceed? Also I've long been unable to print certain online bank statements and I'm hoping that 102 may cure this. I have to use Safari to work round this issue

After a cat attack on the keyboard, Firefox is not allowing the site-specific fonts to be selected, instead over-riding with the generic font. The site is displayed correctly in ALL other browsers, including Safari, Opera, and Chrome, and in the editing app., BBEDIT. There is some fundamental font over-ride that is happening ONLY in Firefox. How to correct this?

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.

I have disabled 2FA. I want to disable this. I have enable a password (strong). Firefox continues to request authentication via e-mail. Can this please be disabled?

Worked flawlessly until .0.1 update. Now when I pinch out (or in) nothing happens. I checked about:config for pinch and all the settings seem to be properly in place.

Hello, I use a website, MySubaru.com, that has always loaded on my iMac (10.12). Lately what I get is a blank screen whether from the bookmark or the website in Google. Strangely enough, the site loads fine using Safari and on my MacBook and iPhone. Any suggestions? Thank you, Eric

I have loved being a Mozilla-stuff user intermittently since teaching on Netscape 1.1, and now am making Firefox 98.02 my default browser. I like both Safari and Firefox, and sometimes use them simultaneously for two accounts on the same service (not right now). My physically pristine 2015 Mac cannot install OS's past the 10.12 I have, so Safari is failing. But I am exasperated at runarounds when trying to set up this Firefox account. I used the emailed verification code and seemed to get in, but got the red-box message "This account... administrator... error." I cannot tell whether the site is letting me use it normally, but I think not. I just spent an hour in help forums. Geesh, tech complexity has mushroomed since my LAN work in the 90s, and you volunteers get to cope with inarticulate queries like mine! Upload is failing of jpg screen shot that has been made anonymous. Help?

Up until 2 weeks ago, all ESPN+ and ESPN3 content played on my Mac. It no longer does. When clicking on the start button the screen goes to black, the title of the content appears, but no video. Firefox 109.0.1 MacOS 10.12.6 Content plays as expected with Safari

I've been reading all the information about notifications, but I can't seem to stop the small popouts that slide into sight from the upper right side of the browser page. They appear to be from my gmail repeating whatever latest email has arrived on my page. I've tried so much on the settings page, I am now in the fog of war. Can't see where/what I am supposed to do. This just started 8-10 days ago. I'm not sure what has triggered it, but it's really annoying. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Answers have to be in plain English, please. Thank you.

Since signing on to a Hillsdale College information page, multiple pop ups in the upper right corner from explore.information.com/these -50-popular .... appear. They are identical but keep on appearing after unsubscribing. whenever the screen is opened again, they reappear. Please help.
