hello ppl i hope u guys doing good look in some sites firefox is not playing any sound no audio like on facebook reels or watching a vedio there i cant hear anything and some sites also when i watch vedio i cant hear any sound but in other browser everything work perfect but i like to use firefox its audio prblm and pls know thats the prblm is not from my windows i have windows 10 everything work fine pls help me fix this thx.

I am using Firefox 123.0.0 (rel. 20-Feb-2023) on a Win 10 Pro v22H2 computer.

I understand that FF123.0.0 is supposed to include a new option to "Report Broken Site" on the menu (hamburger icon) that is described in the support article How do I report a broken site in Firefox desktop? but I can't see this new option. I also checked the menu options under More Tools and Help but can't find it.

Exiting and re-opening Firefox didn't solve the problem.

Other browsers work fine - Edge, Chrome. Firefox had been working fine and abruptly started behaving badly. I powered down my system and restarted, that's when the "Unable to connect" started. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still happening. Uninstalled and scrubbed system of all relevant traces of Firefox (didn't meddle with minor registry entries), restarted and reinstalled. Still "Unable to connect".

I have exhausted my knowledge set and the only thing I know of that I have yet to try is monitor the ethernet stack or process activity.

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

Starting today I am finding it extremely hard to login to some websites. All Firefox does is just sit with a spinning circle after entering a user name and it locks up the browser to a point the I have to go to the Task Manager to stop the FireFox process. I have restarted my computer and refreshed FireFox. I have scanned my computer for malware using Norton 360, Malwarebytes, MSERT, and Windows Defender and all negative. I am having no trouble signing in to a site like https://my.account.sony.com using Edge but using FireFox now is impossible. This needs to be fixed.

What happened to "recent bookmarks"??? I is no longer available....why???? I need it back, as I used it all the time and my bookmarks were very easy to locate. Now I have no idea where a bookmark is, that was even bookmarked an hour ago.

This has been going on for over a week. I have downloaded and applied the installation program multiple times (>3). The problem persists. What is going on, and how do I fix it? Thanks

For years, I have used print to pdf in Firefox to generate pdf files of long web pages. It always worked. But lately, I noticed that huge numbers of blank pages are inserted in the pdf file, seemingly at random. I looked at the HTML source, and could not see anything that obviously triggers the blank pages. For example, a web page that ought to print to about 35 pages generates a file of more than 600 pages, with most of them blank.

I can use Microsoft Edge as an alternative, but pdf files from that browser strip out all the color, and are nevertheless super huge, about ten times larger than the ones from Firefox. E.g. the file mentioned above, about 35 pages, would be about 1.3 MB from firefox, and 12 MB from Edge. So getting the file from Firefox would be nice.

Is there a reason why print to pdf is behaving in this strange way, and anything I can do about it?

Hi and thanks for your help. I was playing around with my DMARC settings for my new site and was looking around at who was hosting my WordPress domain for http://ibizignite.com, and Google directed me to GoDaddy. That was wrong. However, in my fooling around, somehow GoDaddy and this associate Westechnologies keeps popping up when I open up my browser after booting up my computer, and I cannot get rid of it. I don't know where to find it, because there is no associated extension anywhere in my extension list.

I tried to use another add-on to block it, and it does, but the darn site keeps appearing every startup after a fresh boot, and neither Westechnologies not GoDaddy appear anywhere in my Zone Map or anywhere else in my registry. Can anyone help me get rid of it please?

I've been having problems with some websites not displaying content, others displaying error messages. So have been going through the Troubleshooting Mode and diagnostic process.

The cause is the MS CoPilot extension for Firefox.

Useful in other ways as I discovered several other extensions I don't need, hence have remained disabled.

Hi I have a problem with the configuration of my Firefox. (I hope it is not something more serious like a malware or a security break)

Step to reproduce

1. 1. I go to: https://wwws.tesoro.es/index.aspx (website of the Spanish gov)
2. 2. I click on the link: Cl@ve in the center of the page (that should bring me to https://pasarela.clave.gob.es/Proxy2/ServiceProvider)
3. 3. I receive an error page "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue" "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER" (see the attached screenshot)

Things I tried

• I followed the same steps on Chrome on the same machine

• I followed the same steps on the same Firefox in Incognito mode on the same machine

How do I keep Firefox from losing the internet connection just cause I don't want to close all the tabs I've had open the past week or so? I've tried clearing the cookies, and then reloading my open tabs, but it ends up losing the connection, just the browser itself. Other browser still works. Completely closing all tabs and restarting Firefox gets it working again, but dare I reload the previous session again, open all the tabs (acts like it's going to work), but then loses connection.

Please help me remove this blank area section on the web pages. its on all of them on every tab. I have tried restarting and updating. I cant get it to go away.

I was quite unhappy with the new Firefox Proton design, so I made a CSS file and copied the following code from a website. However, I don't know what to do to (1) slightly reduce the tab height, (2) get back tab borders for inactive tabs and (3) remove the small gaps between tabs. How exactly do I have to change the following code to do so (ideally, for convenience, please just complete the code accordingly)? Thanks in advance for any support!
