Prezados Senhores,

Quando eu mudo a página do Firefox, através de um programa externo, e depois tento voltar para a página anterior, a página aparece na tela, mas fica completamente INATIVA, e a barra de endereços também não muda para a minha página anterior. É um problema GRAVÍSSIMO que só acontece com o Firefox. Várias das suas sugestões já foram posta em prática, incluindo-se a reinstalação, mas, sem sucesso. Como faço para resolver?

As soon as I touch the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, it jumps to the bottom right cell of the page and won't go anywhere else. It's been doing it for a few days and I can't figure out what is wrong. It's this way in every sheet I have. Mouse works fine in every other program. I'm using Firefox, Win 10. There are several persons complaining about this.

Any ideas what is the problem?

I've just recently switched over to Firefox with Manifest V4's blocking of ad blockers, and made an account here to sync between devices. I somehow mistyped my age during the account creation, though, and put in "13" instead of what I meant to. Will this affect any of my searching, and if so, is there a way to change it?

When I try to sign into PNC Bank Personal Banking website, https://www.pnc.com/en/personal-banking.html I get error CODE 18 - 68.60.142.187 I can login using Chrome. I have contacted PNC technical support team, who advise me that the problem is with Firefox. Does this make sense? Can you help me?

I have accessed (Google) Youtube - History, over Firefox/DuckDuckGo for a number of years now without difficulty. Recently Google introduced a Two-step security check and, when selected, a question was sent to the handset (which I use as a tether for two laptops) which always quickly appeared and quickly responded to my finger's touch. In the last couple of weeks the question is still asked but nothing comes through to the handset, or the standby handset. For a test I then went through Google Chrome and that opens the Youtube History without any questions etc. It seems to hint that Google are using the Two-step etc to keep out access over other Browsers. I am based in the UK. All suggestions will be welcome. Kind regards, Tim Simpson

'All of my inbox emails save for last night's and today's have disappeared. What is going on?

All of my inbox e-mail have disappeared and when I go to "view", then click on "sort by" I notice my "received" link is disabled. Can someone please tell me what is going on here?

Everyone says my audio sounds distorted in google video chat. I had been using it for months without issue on Firefox, and then I got a new Apple computer and people started to tell me I had this issue. In order to isolate the issue I tried going on Teams Video chat and Zoom video chat and people said my audio sounded fine there. Then I opened Google Video Chat in Google Chrome and people said my audio sounded fine there too. Lately, it's only when I'm on Firefox trying to use Google Video Chat (aka Google Meet) to video chat and people say my audio sounds way too distorted to hear what I'm saying. I restarted my computer, I even checked for the latest browser, which is up to date, I can't figure out how to fix this. Sounds like a firefox issue. Any ideas?

Recently all the pocket recommendations have been for topics in India. As I'm not in India, it is strange. Is there a way to reset the location for the recommendations?

I use Bomgar / Beyond Trust for remote support for my Linux system. The bomgar file that I download is a .desktop file. Ever since Firefox version 119, this file no longer downloads correctly. Instead of getting a .desktop file, I now get a .desktop.download file and the file will not run. This appears to be an issue with Firefox because the file downloads and runs correctly if I use Chrome. It also worked just fine in Firefox before version 119. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated

During the week-end my email stopped sending emails. It asks for a password but even with a new password it will not send. I have worked with my email provider but all they can suggest is to contact you or to reinstall the email program. What can you suggest or is this enough information?

I am unable to Drag & Drop or Move SOME e-mails to Local Folders - I get a No Entry sign. If I restart Thunderbird in Safe Mode the offending e-mails do not appear in the Inbox.

I'm using the Firefox browser for Android. When I'm on Bluesky with my Android phone and go to create a post, I tap the image to upload an image. I get the post editor box on the top, the keyboard on the bottom. When I tap the image to add a photo, the keyboard disappears leaving only the box to edit the post and it doesn't go on to the next step where I would choose the image I want to upload. I'm using Firefox for Android 124.0 and a Galaxy A53 5G with One UI 6.0. Android version 14. Also, I have it set to use Spanish.
