The PDF Viewer within Firefox is displaying extra lines in certain files that are not displayed in previous versions and are also not displayed in other browsers or standalone pdf viewing applications. This can be seen in this file: http://www.gel-mobile.com/test.pdf The extra lines are the slanted black lines that start at the top of some of the peaks and slant down to the right until touching the baseline. I uploaded an image where I circled one of the lines that shouldn't be there. The vertical and horizontal black lines are supposed to be visible. The slanted lines are not. We have observed that these lines were not present in previous versions (115 and before), but 116 shows these lines. Tested on multiple Windows PCs.

To repeat, in trying to connect to J. Lawson site for sending cards I received a message regarding cookies being cancelled through the browser I am using. As I stated above, I am 88 and have very limited knowledge regarding the computer. I wouldn't have a clue to cancel anything. This has never happened before. Could this be the result of Norton trying to update my "drivers"? Thank you for the help and thank you for fixing this. I do not want cookies deleted or whatever you folks call it. .

Hello I am hoping someone here can help. I have a website (www.northforkanglers.org) it worked fine up until 3 weeks ago. For some reason, some internet service providers are now flagging it as a threat. I have contacted both our internet provider and the website company. Both are pointing their fingers at the other. I am not savvy enough to figure out what the heck both sides are talking about. Can someone possibly point me in the right direction on what to do or explain to me what is wrong with our website? Thanks for any help.

bold text For many years I have used the Firefox Browser and for many years have had an established account with AOL Games using a Google Email address for log-in. For almost three weeks that log-in has not worked at all. They blame everything and nothing. All I get it an "OOPS" message - Can't sign you in right now try again later! I don't know what to do. Masque is in charge of the games there but tell me they cannot do anything with log-ins and, since I am not a paying member of AOL, professes to not know anything about this or how to fix it! Can you help in some way or suggest something?

To make sure the kids are doing their schoolwork I need to see which computer (device) opened a website in the history. When I manage history I don't see any option for this information.

Hi there, I am experiencing some issues with logging into some websites, including bank accounts. Mozilla Firefox comes up with secure connection failed even though these are recognized banks. This has happened on a number of occasions recently with different logins. I even switched my online Firefox settings from strict to standard & I am still experiencing these problems! Please could advise what else to do? I do not want to use Google but feel that I may have to download it to be able to access my accounts. Thank you, Howard

I am unable to download files from links sent to me from various sources. I always get the message that the download failed. I use macOS Ventura 13.5, and ad blocking and antivirus software. I've reviewed previous suggestions on Firefox's website, but those suggestions I understand haven't corrected the problem. Any suggestions?

Hi, I recently changed computers and all my data is gone, no bookmarks, settings, history, nothing. Is there a way to know if firefox made a new account using the same email that i used before? Are firefox settings and bookmarks stored on the account? Please help everything is gone and i have no idea how to fix it.

I'm so frustrated, because I've been using Firefox and this feature since 2019 without a glitch. Immediately after upgrading to v. 116, I found that no credit card info will populate even after I enter a password for the permission. Does anybody know what the problem is, or how to fix it??

I hate twitter, yet all I have to do is touch the search bar and I see the fascist, vile 'X' suggested for me. I've tried everything and there's nothing that seems to get rid of it, like the vile roach that it is. It's like seeing a swastika every time I use the computer. Do I have to see it every day or can I get rid of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Not an 'X' fan, Tony

I installed I don't care about cookies it did not fix removing cookie prompts from websites it just broke the sites so I uninstalled the add on but I am still unable to load certain sites for example Eurogamer the prompt comes up dissapears and then I cannot scroll or interact with the site. I am now also having issues transacting on certain sites as well leading to a white screen I just want to role back to my previous settings so I can continue to use Firefox.

Hi, Recently purchased new laptop with Win 11. I was having trouble downloading anything. Always indicated failure.

I checked some of the responses here for that problem. One of them said to not accept HTTPS only. When I checked my settings, it WAS already set to Don't enable HTTPS-Only Mode. I then set the HTTPS-Only mode to Only in private windows. That setting now allows downloads. Why doesn't it allow downloads when I don't accept HTTPS only?
