At history of download files, there is file which was "not safe" i can't allow it or remove from history it comes back each time i open firefox again..and file was removed.. Help, it's very annoying

When trying to save PDF's, firefox use to save each file as ex/ document, document(1), document(2) etc... now when trying to auto save it is making me input a name manually and won't automatically add the (#) to each file. How can i fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hi New Dell Inspiron 15-3000, installed Firefox 100 in new laptop, transfered all files via LAN from old laptop All websites work ok except 2 of the 4 banking websites I use. One site will not accept my login the other will open after putting in my login twice Have gone to "troubleshoot mode" and both sites work , go back to "normal" and they do not work Any clues how to fix this, not to technical please I am not a computer whizz and all children have left home Many thanks Ron Managh

I just downloaded the latest version of firefox. When I tried opening it the message said it is not compatible with Max OSX 10.11. I now need to download a later version of firefox. Which version is compatible with Mac OSX 10.11? thank you!

My Bookmarks did not transfer over from either my prior Firefox browser or my Safari Browser. I could not find the bookmarks.plist for Safari, and the upgrade did not ask if I wanted my Firefox bookmarks transferred over.

I am trying to add my Android phone as a device to Firefox. I initially invoked the code scanner next to the search bar, but got a message saying that the code had to be scanned from within the Firefox app. So I installed the app and followed these instructions entitled "Connect Another Device".

There is no Turn on Sync option in the Settings menu. I have looked in every menu item that appears even remotely related to syncing with a QR code or adding a device and come up empty.

I found this exact issue in two existing questions, but neither of them had ever been answered, which makes me less than confident that mine will. If there is a Turn on Sync option in Settings, and I just overlooked it, please explain step-by-step where I can find it. If there really is no Turn on Sync option, please provide an alternate method of adding my Android phone.

Hi, I use firefox for quite a long time, and in the last 10 months I have been having a very peculiar issue. I am unable to enter mozzila website on my computer using Firefox browser, nor any other browser. Because of it, I am unable to download update or contact support. To fix the problem, I had to download the Installer at work and save it to a flash USB, then install a newer version on my computer. I am currently contacting your from work. Please help me understand where the source of the problem is coming from and how to fix this block. Best regards, Tim.

I started using Firefox ESR a while ago when I had an older version of Mac OS. Now I am running High Sierra (OS 10.13) and I think I could use the standard release of Firefox, which may have newer features supported. How do I switch to that?

I can't install any add-ons, I always get the Subject, I've reinstalled Firefox, Restarted on troubleshot mode reset Firefox and clear starting cache, problems persist!

I found from internet that updates should be stored in: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates

But I dont even have that folder but somehow firefox tells me to restart to install updates.

Since internet documentation seems to be outdated on this aspect I decided to ask here.
