Hi there! My linux crashed and I only have an access to the terminal now. I'm trying to save login information and bookmarks that were saved in the browser. I didn't use an account. So I'm trying to find a location in the linux system where it was saved. I used 'find' command with key words 'mozilla' and 'firefox' to find possible locations but I'm not sure that I covered everything. Maybe someone here knows exactly where I should look. Thank you for you help and advance :)

Hello, I did everything mentioned in support articles, but the tabs on firefox are still crashing frequently, sometimes the first I open, sometimes it's the third... But it is making my work really difficult. Hi! When I bring up my Firefox browser it automatically shuts down and comes up again with two issues: 1. Do you want to restore pages? 2. A red striped URL with the little robot and the error message: browser is under remote control reason devtools

I've read all the postings and I don't understand many of what they are suggesting and those that I do, don't work. Please help p.s. I've already downloaded the newest version.

After applied Chinese Language Pack, the menu didn't change ,even after restart firefox or the system. I tried refresh firefox and re-install the language pack, the same situation appeared.

I visited eBay.com yesterday, Now, every time I search art or photos, an eBay page selling such items pops up. Adblock Pluse extension does not stop it.

I like Firefox and am using it for years, but I cannot accept lengthy loading time. I have a fast and stable internet so this is not the problem. Please let me know what the problem is and how to fix it.

from 89338383 sites just google sites have this problem. And nothing work. is so annoying ill uninstall firefox and this browser forever. 9/10 times wana go on google or yt Secure conection preblem is making me mad its an firfox account bug not the visited site have problems.

This morning, for the very first time in 12 years, I opened my hotmail/outlook email tab and got a completely blank white screen, and nothing more. I've restarted my laptop twice, just to see if it was a Windows glitch. Nope. I disabled ad blockers with the little shield in front of the URL--still no change.

I love Firefox and prefer to use nothing else. However, I tried to open my email with Edge and it works fine. It also works fine on my older computer that did NOT get the Firefox update, so something is amiss here. Firefox updated recently on this machine and I'm wondering if something went wrong in the update. I'm not very tech savvy, but can anyone help me?

I got an extension called BTRoblox and after installing it made most icons black and white. I uninstalled it and nothing changed, I tried changing my theme, restarting the browser, going in incognito tabs, and nothing has worked. I can't figure out for the life of me what this extension did to break Firefox.

After i closed firefox with two windows it only restored the wrong tab and because most of the tabs were open some time ago i cant restore it from history too. Can i somehow restore them?

Hey y'all, I just closed Firefox and tried to open in up again a few minutes later. The icon in my taskbar threw an error saying it couldn't find the executable. I typed Firefox into the run dialog and FF came up but has no icons on the home screen, zeroed out my bookmarks bar below the URL field and deleted all my bookmarks (100s).

I went into the User/../../Mozilla folder system and found a folder called bookmarksBackup or something similar. It was completely empty.

Any chance these were saved somewhere else as well?

control + UP (arrow) is documented to "go to top of page". That has broken as of 126.0 And, for some reason I don't remember, I found that using "HOME" in the past was also problematic.

How do I report something as "b roken" to firefox and do you agree it is broken?
