All the theme changers do not work. Are they malfunctioning? Not updated to the current version of Firefox? The themes worked on older versions of Firefox. Can this version be corrected for Firefox? Thank you!

My desktop swiched off due to a circuit breaker trip, while busy I was playing an online game. I am disputing the websites activity logs they provide. I need log information with time stamps to prove to them that there was no active session from my browser.

The website admin staff are stating I continued my session after a certian time but I know for a fact I didnt. I can only find when the session started but cant find when it ended (When my power tripped). Please help

Last week my computer was upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. As a result I LOST all my address books and all my received emails. I am 86 and I am involved in many community groups. Now I have NO email contact addresses and recent emails from people. I went to the local Geek Squad for help and I was told all email addresses and all received emails were truly gone. WHY?? Geek Squad person told me it was a Thunderbird support issue. Thank you, David Baur dbaur@provide.net

I have settings set in account settings to apply signatures on replies and forwards, however it is not happening. What else can I change?

When I downloaded Thunderbird, all the folders from my e-mail account downloaded; but, I could not move a message from the Inbox to a folder. Today, when I opened Thunderbird, all my folders disappeared. Please advise. Thanks, Dan

I have sent pictures from my phone to two people and asked them to send them back, The email with the pictures dosent appear in my email. I can send and receive email from both people, just not the ones with the pictures.

Suddenly the inbox is no longer displayed.

I am very troubled.

Just installed Thunderbird on a new computer. I'm a long-time user, supporter, donator to the team. I just donated again. Now I get an "in your face attempt for donations" that I don't appreciate. It has to be removed every time I load mail. How do I get rid of this?

My Firefox server keeps losing connection to the internet! It as been going in and out for short periods of time, but now it has been down for almost an hour! I’m going to switch to another browser if you don’t fix this!

I have been using the old profile manager in Firefox. How do I migrate to the new profile manager? When opening it, none of my profiles from the old manager are there.

I have tried manually copying files from the old profile to one I created with the new manager, but no bookmarks, passwords, or anything was saved, only extensions.

What do I do? Will Mozilla release a tool of some sort?

Where can I find old emails that I sent? the sent file does not go back very far since I got a new computer, probably a new operating system. However, I have used Thunderbird for near 20 years, I'm sure. Is there a cloud location? thank you. Magdalena

Whenever i open a page i get a translated version of it, i have to click on the original url button to get the page without the translation. Anyone knows how to deactivated or remove it? I don't have a google translate widget or smh like that.
