Migrating to the official version from the beta?
Hi, I downloaded the beta version lately, and I have used for a while. However, it's been crashing a bit too much for me. So, I'd like to migrate to the official release version. Is there an easy way to move my data?

It is not recommended to do this, but if you prefer, you will have to uninstall the version that used this and install the stable version.

And remember to disable automatic updates right after install because firefox has automatic updates in Firefox> Options> Advanced> Updates select "Check, but ask if I want to install" click OK and ready
Does this automatically move my data to the stable version? Also, can you point out why is this not recommended?
Do a backup of your data:

it is not recommended because the old version doesnt have support and have security vunerabilities
Thanks

I see what you mean. However I believe the latest release version does have support and doesn't have more vulnerabilities than the beta. (If you are not aware I'm going from the latest beta to the latest release.)
Yes, of course, between beta and last estable the diference is low, use without problems
