We have a very old web server that requires users to add an exception to trust the site. It's password protected and encryption protocol Use TLS 1.0 must be disabled. I and other users are able to get to the final page (see URL of affected site) because we are in a web group that allows us to get there, but I have one user with Firefox v5 - also in the web group - who keeps getting the username/password authentication box, like he's in a loop. Users not in the web group can get to the authentication required box from the following site: http://www.ucop.edu/ott/staff/staffevents.html What other options do I need to verify to allow a Firefox v5 user to get to an old site that requires exceptions to trust the site?
