My online banking will not work with firefox 5.0, can I go back to the older version? ASAP?!

Chase.com tech support says they do not support the latest version of firefox. The specific problem is that I cannot download my online statements. They show up as a "Q?". I have the latest version of Quicktime and Adobe. I have tried to save the source as, but it shows up as "unrecoginzable source"
