My service provider has told me I request you to use Internet explorer as we have some compability issue with Firefox 5.0 browser. Talk Talk is the provider and I cannot access my email from them after clearing cookies temp files etc, any idews?
This is the message I received from my provider

I do understand that you are able to access e mail via Internet explorer .
As you are able to access e mail via Internet explorer, I request you to use Internet explorer as we have some compability issue with Firefox 5.0 browser.
