Having problems viewing a FAA.gov web site properly in FireFox 4.0.1

When a user tries to view pages in this Web site it will not view like it used to in an older version of FireFox. It stopped working when the user upgraded to 4.0.1. 

I.E. 7.0 has no problem with it.

Except with the first error window. I have pictures of the error windows. This is the Web address.
